I had an absolutely wonderful time selecting my box spring for our queen size bed. The sales associate Zach was amazing and let me know all of my options available for my situation. To follow up, my delivery was just as smooth..everything was delivered actually ahead of the scheduled time and the two delivery men were excellent, and courteous..Mattress Firm should hire more individuals like the delivery men and the sales associate Zach. Absolutely wonderful service from Charles. I tried a few beds he recommended based on the one I thought I was interested in. I’m middle aged now and have trouble sleeping. Really great knowledge of the products. No pushy sales stuff. I’m a retail business owner so I prize excellent customer care. Thumbs up!! Can’t wait for my new mattress to be delivered.

I went in looking for something last minute for my mom who is visiting for the next few weeks and Charles was absolutely amazing. His customer service was impeccable and he was honest and pure. He sure does have a funny character and made me laugh knowing I was having a rough day trying to successfully handle my errands I left out of the store with a mattress that both me and my boyfriend were satisfied about. Thank you so much Charles for your kindness and your knowledge. You answered all questions before I could even think about asking them. 10 steps ahead and always knew what to say!

Absolutely amazing experience. Zachary was extremely helpful and attentive. We were able to come in and get the mattress we already had decided on without and sales pressure ore waste of time. Great experience!!

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm today and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. When I walked in I didn’t know what exactly I wanted but Charles was a huge help. He walked us through the whole process and helped us find a bed that adjusts to how we sleep at night. We were able to go through all the options and we finally chose a bed and was able to bring it home the same day.

My sleep expert Zachary made m feel welcome by greeting me with a friendly smile. After listening to my concerns and expectations, he showed me several different options and allowed me to test each one to my satisfaction. He even found a way for me to include the type of adjustable base that I really wanted with my purchase! I enjoyed my shopping experience at Mattress Firm and I'm excited about receiving my bed in a couple of days!

All around excellent service at this location by Indra and Charles. Indra handled our sale. Extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure we got all discounts. Charles was very helpful on a return visit. Wonderful stall. Great experience.
